  • Not guilty State v. D.S. (2025)
    Indicted for Aggravated Rape, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, and Misdemeanor Domestic Assault. After a 6-day sequestered jury trial, the jury found the defendant not guilty of Aggravated Kidnapping, and a hung jury on the charge of Aggravated Rape. The defense conceded the charge of misdemeanor Domestic Assault and the jury found the defendant guilty of Domestic Assault and misdemeanor assault.
  • Not Guilty State v. A.F. (2023)
    Indicted for First Degree Murder, Especially Aggravated Robbery, and Convicted Felon Possession of a Firearm.  After a 5-day jury trial, the jury found the Defendant not guilty on all charges.
  • Not Guilty State v. R.T. (2021)

    Indicted for Murder in the First Degree, Criminal Attempt Murder in the First Degree, and Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree.  The jury found the defendant not guilty on all counts.

  • Not Guilty State v. D.W. (2020)
    Indicted for First Degree Murder, Aggravated Robbery, and Especially Aggravated Robbery.  After a week-long sequestered jury trial, the defendant was found not guilty on all charges.
  • Not Guilty First Degree Murder
